Privacy policy

This policy covers the Rebuild & Rise with Awbria storefront and Creator Studio admin tools. The operator still needs to publish a formal privacy contact and mailing address. Until those are filled in Admin Settings, treat the following as placeholders: privacy contact email [owner to provide]; formal mailing address [owner to provide / configure in Admin Settings].

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Name and email address when you join the newsletter or create an account.
• Customer name, email, and purchase records when you buy a product.
• Course access records for products you are entitled to use.
• Technical information needed to run the site, such as authentication cookies for Studio login.

The storefront newsletter form collects a name (optional) and email address. Submitting that form is an explicit request to receive marketing email about Rebuild & Rise resources, courses, and updates. We store consent source, consent text version, and the time of signup on a newsletter subscription record. A purchase does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

If you buy a product, we store an order, line-item snapshot, customer contact record, and any access entitlement needed to deliver the product. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored in Creator Studio.

We use this information to operate the storefront, fulfill purchases, provide product access, send requested newsletter email, and administer the Studio account. We do not currently run bulk newsletter campaigns from this application.

• Supabase hosts application data and authentication.
• Stripe processes payments and checkout.
• Resend is used to send email when that infrastructure is configured.
• Netlify hosts the public application.

Studio login uses authentication cookies through Supabase. The public storefront does not currently implement a separate marketing-cookie or analytics-cookie system in this codebase. Checkout is completed on Stripe.

Newsletter permission is stored separately from your customer record. You can withdraw marketing consent with the unsubscribe link included in commercial email, or by using the public unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing does not delete your contact record or purchase history. An address may also be suppressed for deliverability reasons, such as a hard bounce or spam complaint. Suppression is not the same as unsubscribe: a person can remain consented but suppressed, or unsubscribed without being suppressed.

Contact, order, entitlement, and newsletter records are kept while they are needed to operate the storefront, honor purchases, and remember marketing preferences. This application does not currently include an automated deletion workflow.

This storefront is not directed at children, and the application is not designed to collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes to newsletter consent copy are versioned on new signups.
